What We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the site and support your account. That includes account details such as your email address, password hash, profile details you choose to add, saved opportunities, saved searches, and related account preferences. We may also process limited technical data such as request metadata, session records, and security logs needed to protect the service.
How We Use It
We use your data to create and secure your account, keep you signed in, provide saved opportunities and search features, improve reliability, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies in this version of the site.
Legal Basis And Data Protection
Where privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, we process data to provide the service you request, to protect account and platform security, and to pursue legitimate interests in keeping the website safe, stable, and usable. We aim to collect the minimum personal data needed for those purposes.
Sessions, Cookies, And Local Storage
We use a secure HttpOnly session cookie for authentication. We also use limited client-side storage for privacy-banner acknowledgement and theme preference. These items support core functionality and are treated as strictly necessary in this release.
Retention
We keep account and saved-content data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Session records expire automatically. We may keep limited records longer where required for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
Sharing And Infrastructure
We use third-party infrastructure providers to host the application and store data. We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers to the extent needed to operate, secure, and maintain the website.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. In this first version, we handle these requests manually rather than through an in-app privacy center.
