2026 (Fully Funded) ; ; The Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology is now accepting online applications for the Spring 2026 intake. The GIST University South Korea Scholarship is open to Master’s, Master’s Leading to Ph.D., and Doctoral Degree programs.

Applicants from all around the world can apply. Many universities in South Korea, including KAIST and UST, do charge an application fee; GIST is known for not requiring one. All international students are granted the GIST Scholarship without any separate application.
